AFCON is about those moment of brillance. It is not about playing like Mancity.

No team has won AFCON playing like ManCity!

The Ivorians scored two brilliant goals why waste energy searching for another when you know your next opponent has same qualities!

Brilliant game management from the Ivorians. They seems tougher than I thought.
Bro, stop sugarcoating what we all saw. Nothing special about Yesterday's game (though they weren't bad).

Even the GB way beat us for our backyard no play half of that yesterday. But wen dam see us dem go Turn lion. Likewise every other african teams.

If we had a good coach I bet CIV will be fortunate to get a draw next game.

The same Lookman that the only good game he has is against Sao Tome? Hmm..

What birthed this perspective of yours?

Pls let's not keep our hopes too high. The temperature and humidity is quite worrisome. Even the playing surface was too dry yesterday. I just pray that SE kills off the game in 45mins. That way key players can be subbed out before fatigue starts setting in. From what I observed yesterday, SE must manage their stamina, just knock the ball around for a while let d opponent do the chasing.

Osimhen in particular needs to be cautioned to conserve his energy.

Equatorial Guinea team is very good at attacking crosses.

I do hope the team has done a lot of homework defending crosses like the Super Falcons did!

All the best tomorrow!

We let Guinea beat us so we could hide our gameplan going into the Afcon.

It was Guinea Bissau that played yesterday not Equatorial Guinea. He was analysing Equatorial Guinea style of play

GB that beat us at home were not special. One thing about Africa football of today is that if you are a goal down against these minnows you are in trouble.....CIV did well by winning her first game, now left for us to do the needful against EQG.We must avoid conceding first.

In that case our defence and goal keeping department have to be up and doing.

I think our number 6 must try and do the needful, also we must avoid unnecessary fouls around 18 yard box, limited corner kick into our box then we are free to go.
