BTW, that Togo's goalkeeper should have seen a red now.

exactly, blue font demon is number 1 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This is unnecessary. It is football we are discussing and not much at stake. Please I am a Sharks FC fan, a Port Harcourt guy, I lived near one of Finidi George's houses. One of his first houses. His Sharks FC coach, Coach Monday Sinclair lived in the same building block with me. We watched match with Papa a lot. Finidi George is a possession football coach. I have no reason on earth to want him to fail.

Actually Lookman did not get into football ⚽ via the academy route. He was playing Sunday league football ( grassroots) and Charlton Athletic FC needed a local low level team to use for practice.

They then played a game with this local team and one player stood out . His name was Ademola, he then got signed to the academy at age 17.

Shockingly beyond all expectations he was in the first team barely 10 months later. When God opens your road nuttin can block it. Further shocks he had barely been at Charlton for 4 years bought for nothing and sold to Everton for £11 million, great profit for Charlton.

When Lookman got into England u-17 team,
how old was he and which club was he playing for?

He said Lookman no get talent? That's interesting and perhaps recent. As far back as 2022 he considered him a good player. If that's true your 'fair weather' assessment may be correct.
ChrisKels:

Where did you read "highest" in my post? Dude is a fair weather fan that is why that "always" was funny to me.

He said Ademola Lookman no get talent, say na packaging dem take carry am go Everton from Charlton, but today he dun change mouth.

Abi dem born boni for Chesterfield?😳

I guess you don't know where he is going with that point yet. he was gradually aiming a dig at Osimhen. He has been insisting Boniface can start ahead of Osimhen.

Victor osimhen is a physical specimen who is deadly in the air and has a tough winning mentality but that's just it. He lacks technique, positioning and can't finish properly These are attributes every world class striker should possess. His all round game is average at best

TBH, what’s stopping other players from having a winning mentality/never say die attitude? If everyone in Super eagles has osimehn attitude and work ethic, we would be winning all games. He is an equivalent of a Kante as a striker. I don’t agree to berating his teammates tho

What does Rome have to do with it

The capital of Italy. Often times it is standard practice to refer to a country by calling it's capital city. Since Atalanta is an Italian team, you can say city of Rome.

On the left flank this season or past performances
Rank the players
Here goes mine
Mbappe > Vinicius jr > Leao > Foden > Lookman
I can’t think of any player better on the left flank than these guys listed above this season.
Is Pulisic better than Lookman 🤔?
Is Sterling better than Lookman ?

He obviously lacks technique. Never seen him score curlers.

curlers are the only technique? His goal against Roma no be technique? The assist he gave Kvara earlier this season that isn’t technique? Of course he isn’t prime Ronaldo but then he’s no pub footballer

If he plays he can do whatever he wants on the field because he’s that good

But the constant injuries and muscle spasm is a problem

No matter how good you’re if you’re not playing what’s the point

Hebd scored for fun in the much lower quality Belgium league but on arrival in the EPL he could not score to save his life or his team from getting relegated.

Nuff said.

How many goal should onuachu have scored with just 404 minutes of premier league football with a struggling team who sacked the coach almost immediately he was purchased ?

Okay but being the best dribbler in the EPL this season should count.

What are you taking about? The stats tell the story.

Jeremy Doku
4 goals and 9 assists in

Ademola Lookman
15 goals and 7 assists, and he could potentially add more with 2 more games to play.

Not like I even agree with his take on Doku, but to bring up Mola as a clap back is funny.

I thought you said dribbling is ineffective in today's football. Going by your logic, Doku has been ineffective this season because his main output which is dribbling is ineffective.
