How did mbappe win the World Cup for France ?

Bros na wa for you o

So umtiti and varane didn't do their work ?

Benjamin pavard

Mbappe didn't win the World Cup for france

France unity and team work

If griezman miss those penalty wey e score say France go win World Cup ?
Bro I know say u dey enjoy argument. Go and watch France Vs Argentina 2nd round match and tell me what would have been the scoreline if not for Mbappe's goals

Yes I enjoy argument just the way you enjoy watching back of TV

It seems the only game france played in the World Cup was against Argentina and after that game they handed them the trophy

Mbappe was not even given the best player in the World Cup ,it was handed to Modric who ended up as runner up

And you think, 5 years from now, anyone would give a bleep about the negative, drab system of play, you seem to always highlight as his inhibition?

Everyone is gonna call him a flop!! A big one at that!!

You expect Nacho to be stuck in a system of Shakespeare and Puel all his life? Football does not work like that. So your five years dream of Nacho being called a flop will not happen because he will grow in his understanding of the game.

After the red card, they removed their most dangerous attacking threat and set up to defend.

The coach made a mistake

The best way to defend is to attack ,coach was scared of Barcelona and remove his best players

Chuks was my man of the match followed by toko ekambi

I gotta say,it was shocking that the NFF left out Ndidi for the player of the year award.. He should have made the list ahead of Iwobi.... If not for Musa's world cup performance,I would have said Ndidi should have won d award self...He's been our best performing and most recognized player in Europe for past two years now! totally underrated!!

No be NFF dey organize everything

I don't think NFF had a say in the awards

Oga what am saying theoretically is that, if Chukwueze can decide just one of our elimination round game or even group game, and we go on to win the Afcon, then he did win it for us and it is worth it to take him to the Afcon for that sole reason. I don't know the angle u are viewing this debate but since e don dey enter the one wen u go dey call me blind man or watching back of TV, make I end the argument here b4 u go drag my parents enter. Goodnight bro. Enjoy your evening

Apparently, Delta force (or rather Delta state govt) has bought Kada city FC and renamed the club to Delta force.. seems like they replaced the entire team too..

Anyway, Delta force will make use of the Asaba stadium for their games... that's some good news IMO as the stadium would be regularly maintained...

There's a lot of mago-mago in this deal.

The 1994 team did not have great defenders.

Ehen who in the current set up can hold his own again st Eguavoen, Iroha, Ukechukwu and even Nwanu. In those days it was tough for African players to get into the biggest sides in Europe. Those were the days of max 3 foreign players including EU countries in a team.I know you will counter me. But that was a great side from defense to attack and even bench sef. No wonder we were ranked 5th in the world at some point.

Our defenders now are average at best ,none is even up to uche okechukwu level ,the last best central defender we have is Joseph yobo ,the rest are just there

7 goals and 3 assists in 29 games for Samu Chukwueze in his first season as a pro. Dude has world class potential.
All he needs to do is add more consistency to his end product.

Villarreal are 17th in the table having played an extra match

They may go down this season, the draw is good for them though

FIFA rankings started in 1993 and between 1993 and 1994, we qualified for the WC and won the nations cup. That is why we were 5th. The ranking started in the middle of a good period. Even if we win the nations cup and qualify for the WC now, we will not be 5th.

Defenders these days are more versatile. Attack and defend... Defenders then, mainly defended. Today's defenders offer more.

I never rated Eguavoen to be honest and he broke my heart in the Italy game. I liked Iroha but he hardly crossed the ball in his career. A right footed left back.
