Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Samson Tijani's family and Collins Edwin SC will hit the jackpot from the upcoming transfer of the Golden Eagles captain to Red Bull Salzburg in the summer. As broken by this website a week ago, Tijani has inked a five-year contract with the Austrian Bundesliga champions which will start running with effect from June 2020 when he would have attained the age of majority. Excluding the agency commission paid to the intermediary (names withheld) that represented Tijani during negotiations and the player's wages over the duration of his contract, the total transfer fee is 1.5 million euros (approximately N585 million in Nigerian currency). Samson Tijani's family headed by his father, Bashiru Tijani, will receive 500,000 euros from Red Bull Salzburg and Collins Edwin SC are entitled to one million euros. An agreement has been reached that will see a high-ranking board member of the Nigeria Football Federation based in Lagos, Dotun Coker, who is the Chairman Technical Committee Lagos State Football Association, Siji Lagunju of the NFF Technical Department and Chief Joseph Uzoma Ebowusim receive monetary payments for the transfer of the defensive midfielder. For agreeing to do the bidding of the Nigerian Federation chieftain, Tijani has been promised an automatic spot on the next Flying Eagles roster. |

LaMujer: Tammy is better than Haaland and very similar to Osimhen IMO. The difference is that Victor has the mental make up of a Kobe Bryant (RIP) meaning he wants to destroy every single opponent he faces and treats every game like a final. This is a young man that fought Leon Balogun in training because he was taking practice way too serious. I still believe he is the best young striker in the world but Tammy is also up there |

andrewbaba44: yeah..Tammy is proven above both I rate both Harland and Tammy ahead of oshimen for goodness sake Oshimen has only played in two farmers league - French and Belgian league even though the circumstances and the players in both teams shows his onions...he has never be fortunate since he became a pro to play with talented stars |

Humility017: I said you guys should allow this season to end first Remember haaland just left the farmers league which is Austria ? I rate Tammy highly since he started scoring at Chelsea But you guys are sounding as if haaland has been playing in a better league for long ,no be just yesterday he join bundesliga ? |

Humility017: Forget luck, a blind man could see Samu's talent. Almost every single child star has greedy parents or guardians. Even the Home Alone boy sued his parents. All we can do is cry out for a system that protects our young players but at the end of the day if they have the right character they should still make it even with the leeches around them |

Humility017: U aren't being objective enough... If u wanna downplay Haaland achievements at Salzburg because the Austrian league is a farmers league, then should we also talk about Osimhen's stint in the budensliga? The same budensliga Haaland is tormenting ... Truth is, Haaland is currently rated higher than Osimhen in the international scene. Both are good players but there's no telling how far they will go yet.. Tammy included... 2 Likes |

The Nigeria Football Federation has appointed former Super Eagles’ defender and captain Joseph Yobo as assistant coach of the team. He replaces Imama Amapakabo in the three –time African champions’ technical crew. Yobo, who played for the Nigeria U20 boys – Flying Eagles – during the FIFA World Youth Championship (now known as FIFA U20 World Cup) in 1999, won his first cap for the the senior team in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match away to Zambia in Chingola in April 2001, and played in three FIFA World Cup finals in 2002, 2010 and 2014. The attack –minded defender also played in six Africa Cup of Nations finals in 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2013, capping it with leading the Super Eagles to their third continental title in South Africa in 2013. He played a total of 100 matches for Nigeria at senior level. A thoroughbred and dedicated professional who played his club football in five countries, including sterling appearances for Olympique Marseille in the French top flight, Fenerbahce in Turkey and Everton FC in the English Premiership, Joseph Yobo scored several crucial goals for the Super Eagles in important qualifying matches for the FIFA World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations. He was also among the scorers when the Eagles thrashed South Africa’s Bafana Bafana 4-0 in a group phase match in Tunisia 16 years ago. Born Joseph Michael Yobo on 6th September 1980, the flamboyant stopper also played club football in Belgium with Standard Liege, Tenerife in Spain and Norwich City in England, having started out with Michellin-Harcourt in Rivers State in 1996. 1 Like 1 Share |

I support it because he seems to have the charisma, leadership ability. Also, he has contacts in Europe and can easily get clubs for our local players with his connections. However, what coaching experience does he have? This is something that needs to be considered. He can be our new Samson Siasia and even achieve more than him if he suceeds but again his coaching experience needs to be looked into |

Jadon Sancho is definitely leaving Dortmund in the summer. And either of Chelsea or Manchester Utd is his destination. Dude is going home to England and it will be with a big side. Manchester Utd look like the likelier destination for Sancho especially with Pochettino touted as Solksjaer's replacement in the summer. What does this mean for us as Super Eagles fans? It means the rumored Dortmund links with Dennis Bonaventure could become concrete or they could even shift focus to Chukwueze unless Liverpool beat them to it. Chelsea are sure to possibly land Hakim Ziyech so that may see them not really push so hard for CHUKS given Villarreal's asking price for our Super gem. Also, there are strong rumors they could bring back Jeremie Boga from Sassuolo. The summer is gonna huge for Naija players. Keep your fingers crossed. Something big is about to happen this summer.... #NaijaPlayersTransferUpdate 1 Like 1 Share |
