Coaching Badge does not guarantee a good coach but at least he has the qualifications.

If you have an organization, that is the first thing you look at.

I still don't see anything wrong with the appointment . It is an assistant coach role ! Guardiola is one of the greatest manager in world football, but he trusted Arteta to be his assistant.. did u kick against Arteta appointment as arsenal coach ?

Yobo may be able to pick one or two things under Rohr that would help him with his job. People like Aigbohun have proven that coaching badges aren't important to determine if u can become a good coach..

Imama and Salisu were the ones advising Rohr on tactics and we didn't see any improvement. I don't see how Yobo will be worse..

That should be a minimum.

Arteta got his UEFA A license in 2015 when he was still an Arsenal player. So he was preparing for a coaching career.

His spell under Pep gave him some experience to handle a team himself.

Arteta, Zidane and other young Coaches in europe did not just get appointments because they were good players.

They got the qualifications, first before a club took a chance with them.

Yobo might become a fantastic coach but this appointment was not about merit.
