Chai. Gernot Rohr really deal with us that year with his plethora of excuses and "mind games". Before every game Baba must first hype our opponents and warn us to reduce our expectations . At a point we started to believe that the "my team is young" talk na just a ploy to get our opponents off guard, we no know say Baba really mean am.

I remember after our disastrous friendly match with England when people believed Rohr was "playing mind games" and "hiding his real WC tactics". .... well we went to the WC and the rest they say is history.

The truth is Rohr inherited a team in shambles and had to build a team virtually from scratch with young inexperienced (some say average ) players. I honestly believe Rohr has over performed with the caliber of players available for him. Sometimes out of patriotic sentiment we tend to overrate our players, but if we take a hard unbiased look at the team Rohr has had at his disposal and the results he has achieved with them, we would respect the tactical genius of the diminutive German wizard.

Gernot Rohr's football may not be pretty, but he sure gets his results. The NFF has made the perfect choice, we can only go up from here.
