Yakubu is in Slovakian Top-flight and doing very well.

Adeleye... Well... He has been on the radar longer to be honest, that is why his name was mentioned but he is not close to getting an invite. His chances are now very small.

It is Tobias and Yakubu that stand better chances.

Alampasu is doing okay for Ventspils but Latvia is really way down in the ratings of leagues in Europe. His time will come. He kept goal for Ventspils in their Europa league first qualifying round win maybe if they can make it into the Europa group stages, that could give him a higher platform to show himself.

Not necessarily. As history would have it, players featuring for average teams and doing very well may not be able to turn out the same performances at a top tier team. An environment that expects very little from you can surprisingly summon some performance demons. On the other hand an environment that expects a lot from one can be one's undoing.

While you have a point, it still favours Yak. Cos it means drogba most likely won't turn up with Yak's numbers in the average teams.
