Chief good morning! Sorry to disturb you. Plz is it possible and wise for one to buy bigger wood sizes and then saw it to smaller sizes required for roofing? Will it any way reduce cost compared to buying the already sawn sizes in the market? Secondly, is "inyi" the best hard wood for roofing in the East or are there other ones? Tanx! Once again, I salute you for your nice and diligent work out there

Buying wood from the forest and sawing to smaller bits has been proven to reduce roofing wood costs. It's only that many towns don't have timber and might require to travel far to get good and cheap wood.

Inyi is a good hard wood, Danta is also another good one.

Please treat the Inyi. Melina is not good for facial board. Let them buy a harder wood because facial boards sometimes are exposed to water.

I think wood dealers can help you more. Visit Sagamu market and find out their prices. Meet a dealer there to understand the dynamics of the supply chain.

Floor tiles for the main living room being done.....

We will start work to remodel the front of the gate in this house, the previous workers didn't get their lines level and we will redo some of their works. Other works are ongoing in this house as my tiles and the plumber conclude all of their jobs.

These are the cement cast works we are preparing for the remodeling of the front gate pillars. We will let it dry, then start the hanging.......

We have started hanging the wooden doors we made for this house........

We've set up a work bench in the living room, here we will produce the rest of the doors, wardrobe cabinets, kitchen cabinets and all other wood related finishes and furnishings.
