I called customer service and they activated the wawu plan for me. Luckily I had 1k airtime which I loaded when their network was ok.

Please does your SD card ask you for permission sometimes when you are trying to copy or delete files

You have to grant it permission to access external memory card

You don't have to touch the watch to activate the light to check the time. Once you bend the watch to your face, the time comes on automatically. There's a sensor in the watch that detects gaze.
