Many other sellers have better ratings but less Nigerian customers. I just want to know if it will work with Xiaomi models because he claimed so. I can give it a shot because it's cheap. But wants to know if there is major difference between it and mi bands.

Contact Lovexme, he was able to unbrick his and another persons. He is in Lagos though.

Fake Unlocked bootloader, that was the cause of most bricks for those updating from Oreo to Pie on RN5.
same reason why i was afraid to update mine but las las i was lucky,when it took long to reboot,i damn panicked lolz

u better listen to what the wise re saying. Get a more recent phone that ure sure to get the replacement parts nd accessories if need be in time to come, not some old device that has lost its place in history. Ure case will soon be like that fellow who's searching for mi 4 touch pad/calibrator.

You can download Mi9 Gcam, but Can't match Pixel's Google camera..

RN8 to come with SD665, 48MP and in-screen fingerprint. Plastic back may be used though...

Anyone wanna predict price range?

I'd say 75-80k.

Since your budget is 35-40k, get the Redmi 7A, 2 gig ram /32 gig rom, or if God do am for you you can get the Redmi 7 2 gig ram 16 rom, both are better devices to get than the Redmi note 3 currently.

But that's not the price na, it's normal for some sellers to place exorbitant prices on Xiaomi phones before and after just being launched, wait till about a month after launch you'll see the real price.
