I buy from AliExpress more regularly, Jumia seldomly and never experienced a cancelled order as a result of price change.
Boss, there are many things about Nigerians that is making Jumia not to work like AliExpress. If you order Jumiaexpress item, with it being online means it is closed once the order is successful. If you order from other vendors, till it is shipped nothing is closed. Aliexpress, sellers cannot try nonsense because everyone knows the tough consequences of any error, we don't care here.

However, an item isn't sealed if it is yet to be shipped anywhere, that's how it is, confirmation is just receipt for transaction.

Confirmation is what closes a sale. It is the classic "offer and acceptance" element of a valid contract.

Once a seller offers a product for sale, and receives an order and payment from a buyer, they are under liability to ensure that buyer gets their product.

Of course, unforeseen circumstances like sudden price change, warehouse fire, shipping accident etc occurs but it is not your business. Your product will be delivered to you or you may be given the option of refund with a perk of product voucher. It is your liberty to choose.

If you are a seller on ebay or amazon, and you accept an order but later tell the buyer that you can't ship because the price increased. Let the buyer open dispute and you will see. That's a system that works.

Let me ask this rhetorical question- if after you ordered a product and paid, the price of that product reduces on that seller's page, are they obligated to refund your money or change? NO.

The prevalence of illegality does not grant it validity.

Unfortunately, in an insane clime like Nigeria, we start counting the alphabet from Z to A. We do ours differently and also seem to be all knowing. Like someone somewhere on this forum said, "Wetin Nairobi no go see for Bank of Spain". grin grin grin grin

The brick is not the cause of the disparity in endurance rate but other factors.

1. The Realme 5 has a smaller screen a major factor
2. They don't use the same resolution 720p Vs 1080p
3. They don't use the same SOC.

So when you consider all these you can't get the same endurance rating. Just by judging with battery and charging brick size.

I used to tell people this especially when they are comparing battery duration of tecno/infinix phones with 720p,smaller screen size compared to xiaomi phones with higher stuffs

Xiaomi makes great products. And they are progressively thinking about their customers. How many phone manufacturers will release phones that support 18W charging but provide you with 22W chargers in case you use their other appliances? Dem try abeg.

Look at iphone SE 2020, they release a phone that supports 18W charging but provide you 5W charger. Smh.

My first xiaomi phone is redmi 7a which I have been using for some months now. I bought it because I couldn't find another xiaomi phone that's less than 6" in size. Make dem pity some of us wey no fit dey hold phone for hand because of work.

Bro you have to deal with it till things get optimised for the chipset and phone overall performance. The heating issue while gaming on note 8 is really annoying. Funny thing is that the heating is random, sometime one would play for hours it wouldn't heat up and sometimes 10min into the game you start feeling the heat.
Overall gaming performance on redmi note 8 is very bad right now and I'm totally unsatisfied. I will surely upgrade to note 10 make note 9 waka pass for now

you get money na

I beg who is experience this, I bought Redmi note 9s on jumia global last week Friday around 1.32pm at 70,999, my order has been confirmed same day, but has not been shipped by the seller. But the phone price has increased to 75,490 this week. Though I know, it would take almost a month. Please, house what is delaying it. Cos am afraid they can cancel my order cos of the phone price that have increased.
