I then found out that the past 4 phones I bought from techno has been using the same chip called helio p22
Imagine, I was using the same dang phone since 2016. Same phone with different bodies

LOL. Reminds me of when a friend played PES2020 on my RN8 and he was like why is my own smoother and the graphics better... is it not the same 4gb/64gb on his Camon 12? I didn't even know where to start. Processors speaks a lot about phones. All that GPU/CPU stuff eh, they matter!!!

Jumping from a phone with P22 to another phone with P22 isn't an upgrade to me irrespective of the new casing or the additional mega pixels to the camera. You can do P22 to P60 or G70... That'd be considered upgrade. I'm just glad Xiaomi and other OEMs are opening the eyes of Nigerians to what true mobile technology means.

They may feel they are doing their users a favour but it is daylight robbery. Even if you want to charge 2020 price at least out 2020 tech not 2015 or 16 SoC and still charge a premium for it...

That camera issh is the most open scam tecno plays on people, they increase the camera MP beyond what mafacturers says the chips can support and proudly make a claim of 64mp when mediatek says their chips can't support above 21MP and tecno will announce 3 camera settings when mediatek says it can only support 2 cameras.

I feel your pain bro. I used the mali 400 gpu for 6 years with 5 different devices. I can never use any mtk or transsion device again.

exercise patience ,mid may isn't far besides note 8 pro is damn expensive right now
