Green light. I got from Nurex01 today paying directly and it was smooth. But if still in doubt, use escrow.

Only thing that could cause this is maybe he was using it , then topped up the battery without the usage chart resetting undecided

I get 15 hours SOT on heavy usage from 100 to 0. And I still feel my battery can do better.

you exaggerated by saying "heavy usage"... you got 15hours SOT no doubt but it wasn't on heavy usage.
