Forget Jumia. Most quality earpiece you can get are going to be shipped from abroad. Its better you get from sellers here or you order personally from AliExpress.

You should have used mi cloud for your back up na. That Google contacts back up is not reliable. I save all contacts to mi cloud automatically, it is my default contacts 'save to' destination. You can go to contacts.google.com. Save your contacts as .vcf file them export them to mi cloud.
