You could tell the engineer to disconnect the battery and resit it properly.

And then reboot the phone

know two persons with Redmi 9t , that this happens to , call them and it says it's switched of or unreachable , and they say their phones were on , so it's not unique to you.

I remember when I argued with a friend who said my MTN line is always switched off, he then called me and it said that my number is switched off while I was holding my phone in my hands (switched on with full network bars on my MTN line)... I'm still yet to know the actual cause.

Has anyone tried custom ROM on Redmi Note 7, MIUI is really frustrating especially in terms of RAM management. So far the only thing holding me is second space and the stress of restoring my files and apps
