That is from an app you installed though. So trace the app and uninstall

If the notification is from Chrome which I'm sure of, most people that open random porn sites and other useless sites start getting useless ad notifications from the site because they unknowingly gave access to the site to show them notifications.

Click the notification to open the website that is showing it to you, note the site's address, from Chrome go to settings, site settings, all sites and clear that particular site from the list of sites you see there.

If the notification is not from Chrome, look for how to disable ads from the particular app, if you can't disable, you can simply prevent the app from showing notifications by disabling it from Android notification settings.

Average gaming yes, as for games it can play well, I am not a user of RN10, I use the Pro variant and I am not a mobile gamer.
