Grandparents , parents or relatives cannot be on F2 visa as mentioned by aadeyi. They fall under B1B2

While I don't support bickering on this thread, I also will admonish everybody not to allow Angelapinkytoes waltz back onto this thread and act as if no allegations (serious ones involving huge sums of money, btw) were leveled against him/her.

With time, he/she will settle back on this thread like nothing happened and if the allegations are true, eventually he/she will succeed in scamming someone of their hard earned money. In this kind of Nigerian economy, that's suicide. So, Angelapinkytoes, it's either you clear your name or excuse yourself from this thread.

Someone was saying she/he might not be a scammer because Angelapinkytoes posted questions about entering the US on either a B or F visa. Lmao, I laugh. You really do not understand the depth of scammers. They put effort into appearing very legit, which makes you drop your guard and trust them. One thing I'll give the person behind the Angelapinkytoes moniker is that they're very intelligent. Kudos grin

I actually have a misconception about the F2 rule but I got my facts quickly by visiting the dhs website.

F2 cannot only be for either a spouse or unmarried children under the age of 21. Any other person out this box will b on b1/B2. I have edited my post on the matter since if you noticed.

I did a special elective on law in my undergraduate called SEL. an attempted robbery and robbery carry almost d same sentence imoa. If its true she did attempted scamming and didn't succeed she should face d music squarely .
I wonder how people live with d reality of scamming people with dia hard earned money. Some people have committed suicide aftermath of being scammed hence we should not treat dis issue with kid gloves
NB only transact biz with credible people n trusted peeps on this thread.

I was famous there back one... I had a different moniker that spoke of my experience in university, guy I had the limit of followers and over 20 thousand views. Also, scammers have a way of changing their behavior whenever they are accused of something in order to gain your trust before they finally strike.

What's more, they always attract your attention with money and that's what she's been doing right now and will continue in this circle till she succeeds.
