So there is no subsidy money to save and invest in infrastructure as compensation for the hardship? This pastor odubanje and the cattle herder from Daura are bump ass.holes. Just no debate about it.

This osibanjo is the worst fool of a vice president ever come to my memory...

Someone help me ask the fool why government should shy away from their responsibility.

Why can't the government endure by subsidizing our fuel until when we attain the said sufficiency by 2018.

Why will it have to be the masses that will do the enduring, what now is the responsibility of the government if they keep running away from their misgivings and problems.

The government should know that this subsidy removal came at a very wrong time when we are having crisis oon our foreign exchange...

This government is a flop, a joke and a scam...
I despise this government for despising on me first...

Zombies can go ahead and quote me, some of you will have to cough out the said money from your asses to buy the said fuel. Beautiful nonsense

Please,if anybody knows where sense is being sold, someone should quickly help us buy some cartons of it for this man. Why can't anybody in this government be straight forward for once? Why come out to say "this issue is not an issue of subsidy removal" but of foreign exchange... If the marketers are to source forex themselves, import and sell at a regulated price fixed by government, would government still pay them subsidies? If no,is this not the same thing as subsidy removal? Why does the VP want to mislead Nigerians to think subsidy is still being paid on pms?

For those who do not understand what the VP has said, this is the summary of it: "we're no longer subsidizing fuel importation, and have given marketers the free hand to import and sell at their own price, that must not exceed #145 naira".

It's a painful decision that we must all accept.

l fully support d govt as far as subsidy removal is concern.

My grouse with dem is their stinking hypocrisy. They opposed it in 2012, telling d pple dat subsidy removal is anti pple. We would have gone past dis issue as a nation 4 yrs ago. APC have set us back by 4 yrs by opposing subsidy removal in 2012. not dat they didn't know d benefit of it, they just wanted to turn d pple against d govt then just to grab power.

So in all your knowledge, wisdom and understanding it was what APC said 4 years ago that made the previous regime not remove subsidy, like read it back to yourself, a powerful PDP government would be shaken by words of opposition that as at then had little to show, Nigerians should insulting themselves with silly and low level comments like these, do you think an 17 year old teen in the US would ever say the reason Obama is bringing a law was because the previous Bush administration were scared of the Obama party were saying, just saying, bro and the rest of you on this thread who can't seem to reason well and talk, instead you choose to always insults and blame, 4 years ago, the people were getting tired of the PDP, lies and looting was they did, we had lost faith so when they came with subsidy, NLC and the masses kicked against, so you all that was APC's fault, common man, stop this, you are insulting yourself and the Nigerian youth...

The only people who do not take him serious are those who hate him, and the only reason they hate him is cos he was elevated by God to the position of VP of the FRN, together with PMB, and together they displaced a pathologically corrupt regime.

This reply is the reason why the entire black race has been continually backward.

Fuel subsidy remo val would've been four years today with better economy values, but some blind and myopic bigots like you made it impossible. today, you're giving 101 reasons why is perfect for your PMB to remove that same subsidy he protested against. The whole issues is simple to understand, the country is build on tribal hatred and religious sentiments. That same reasons PMB is removing fuel subsidy is that same reasons GEJ did, so what's the different? when lies are spoken in english, just few people notices it. because they want PMB to take the credit, no one will protest against it. evil nation worst than hell. If reincarnation is real, I wouldn't in anyway want to be an African again, moreover been a Nigerian. My piece.

The simple mindedness of some people will make you weep.

So despite the irrefutable facts presented by the VP, some people waved it all away on alter of politics? What for? In solidarity for a politician who barely even feels the heat.

Their narratives are so filled with emotional bias. As though suffering knows tribe or region.

Rich people will never want this removal of fuel subsidy to come to reality, just because they are the major consumption of petrol.

-They run company that depends on petrol daily
-They run on big generator engine that consumes petrol daily even at home
-They go out daily with many cars
Who removal of subsidy epp...me n yhu?
