@windywendy , wanajo0 ,Fatherof2 and great Nairalanders
I now do more short term trades CICO, RORO etc and Zenith Securities is just not it lately. No personal contact, poor online service, delayed mandate execution etc.
It's time for me to move on. I've stayed with them this long because of their low fees. Any suggestions

Thanks

I knew it! From last year when one of my subscription magazine mentioned Nigeria (without 419 next to it) as one of the next places to watch out for. Goldman Sachs or not I say LSE and DOW jones are coming to NSE, greed is not only for Nigerians so expect fund managers and individual folks to look for where to divest their funds from shaky USA.

India is also a good place but there are so many Nigerians in diaspora who will prefer to divert their loot to Naija one way or another.

Cashcraft usually posts their CSCS statement for all their customers online. As for me, I still prefer cashcraft because of online access to my account and CSCS statement.

Sorry, I know I'm the new guy here but I just wanted to add a distraction.

Guess who is in the picture.

As nobody don get the answer of who de this photo, I want to try. But since I have been reading this thread, I am really stunned that it was in this 419 page that photo appeared.

I have taken a keen look at the photo, and the person dem carry for hand, look very much like former Wema bank GM wen en de small cheesy. una see say in parents no even de look en direction smiley I know many will believe what I am saying. If you want me to change my mind, all wema boys on this thread, please sell/borrow me your wema for 50k per unit. Once the technical suspension is lifted, I will give you back grin
Re: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by aktopgun(m): 9:47pm On Feb 01, 2008
@oxfordkid

penny stock in the NSE generally means single digit stocks nowadays. going with that definition, i think DEAP is a bit too expensive for now and besides all feelers suggest a P.O in the offing. Ikeja horse (sorry, hotel  cheesy) has bolted. wait a bit for a drop.

nig-german is coming online and if u can get it on monday, i like it. but pls dont ask me the time frame cuz i broke my crystal ball a while back  cheesy  cheesy. trust me, definitely medium-long term for me

i would have mentioned unic but TS dey fear me.

i bought oceanic at N27+ AND more First bank this week, just my choices, may not suit the time frame u are looking at.

hope this helps

Make I no lie u, I'm confused. For something I bought at 4 I can't tell u to buy at 7. If u do, make sure you CICO. . It seems to have stabilized at 7 so get out at 8.50. I might suggest joining the Nascon crowd. Me, I don buy Trans-Nationwide and Red Star. I fit talk am now. I go email u another one. I dey fear Fo2  tongue
