My own I kukuma stop using drugs, my Dr accepted too as I have been ovulating without drugs, I am trying to start taking metformin again cos my A.F isn't pure red again, the last time I used metformin my A.F flowed well and it was red. Though I will do just night dose alone. I pray I won't have the course to use it sha, its the ninth month the month of perfection, God will perfect all that concerns us.

u can try dry hot gin mis with alubosa elewe(u can get it from herbs seller) then u drink half shot it help with AF

take the report to your doc, let hubby do urine culture or swab, it's a very small issue, if there's infection he would be treated and the liquefaction process would reduce.... Just see your doc... It's not a big issue dear your celebration is near

Mama Trippleblessing, about 3 months ago I noticed same thing with AF dark kind of, so I took the ginger-clove-tumeric-garlic-booni combo during af last month and my AF this month was the purest I have seen in a long while.
If you don't take alcohol maybe try this first.

I have been going through a lot mentally especially after doing all tests, tracking follicles, etc and my doctor says everything is fine with me yet nothing after 3.5 years. Doctor asked hubby to do Seminal Fluid Analysis and the result is attached. Sabi mamas and docs in the house please help me interprete. First time he did the test they said he's semen was taking too long to liquify, did the test again and the same thing. I hope this isn't the issue. Thanks

Slow liquefaction is definitely the issue. [s]All fingers point to an infection. Usually it normalizes after treatment with antibiotics.[/s]

Had to modify this after seeing that no infection was isolated in the mcs. But a routine administration of antibiotics may help just in case.

Then explore other causes of slow liquefaction. Take it to a male fertility specialist.

Wellman Conception + high dose Vit C may help.

Dr. Google also talks about treatment of poor liquefaction with a certain enzyme called alpha-amylase that helps the semen break down.

Besides this, the result is great. Congratulations, your BFP definitely loading!

Yes Felvin can cause infertility.

When your period starts, try drinking a mixture of:

grated ginger,
Lemon,
honey(honey is optional)
and hot water

It'll melt the blood and cause it to flow freeely thereby reducing the pain. Many times the pain is caused by clots.

Also hot water bottle on the pelvic region helps.

Yes Felvin isn’t good for you. In addition to the advise you’ve been given, I will always preach on eradicating processed Sugar. I always had painful periods until I totally cut out processed sugar and that was it, I was free! As in no pains at all! Of course everyone’s body is different but it’s worth trying. Congrats on your upcoming wedding.

Cloves is zobo pepper. It's called kanafuru in Hausa Language. U can get it from people selling zobo things.

If your AF is clotted, have you done a scan to rule out fibroid?

Pls do not do castor oil massage during af. Its not advisable
