@dash as for the clomid you can add vit e 400iui to it,it help clomid to work better,d 1st month I used without vit e,I didn't ovulate,but the 2nd month in which I did I had healthy egg that measures 24mm,28mm,34mm.
if your cycle is short like from 24days-28days you have to start using from cycle day2-6,so as to ovulate on time,and there will be enof time for implantation and complete luteal phase

Am battling with blocked tubes.being married since 2011. Av never been pregnant even for once.I used guifeobuo and it did wonder cos I had so many white tissuelike stuff come out of my vjay. Av tried some many thing now am on trevo. I was told six bottles of trevo can do d magic . Am on d 3rd bottle. I know with God all things are possible. Pls useful advices are most welcome. I have been ttc for 2 years now. My major challenges (I don't want to call it a problem) is blighted ovum. I've had 2 blighted ovum this year (january and may) which resulted to miscarriages. One at 4 weeks and the other at 8 weeks. And I've had like 4 miscarriages before.
I don't know the way forward bcs all d test conducted on me by my gynea came out okay. I don't knw where the problem lies that is why I decided to share this with my e-family because someone might be of help.
My period came back on 28 of last month with serious cramping which I've never xperience before and was very dark . I think its bcs of the miscarriage and d D&C that was done.
Can someone tell me what I can do differently to have a healthy pregnancy this time around.

As for DH seminal Fluid Analysis he has not done any recently but d one he did 6 months ago read 60 million count and 50% motility and d culture yielded no growth.
I Will type d details here when I get home in the night bcs am at work already and I am not with d result here. I Will c if he can do another one this weekend.

Sorry. Have U done an HSG to confirm that there is no adhesion from the CS? How old are U? U might wish 2 get Vitalzym or Wobenzym N abroad cos of d cost of d HSG (20K). That way, even if U have adhesions, U dissolve it without spending money on d test. Also, those enzyme complexes will help with other unknown conditions which might exist (examples fibroids, ovarian cysts etc)

Good evening house and happy weekend to us all. Thank God its Friday. @everfaithfulGod ur dh count and motility are ok, but how is the morphology? Certain genetic factors can cause blighted ovum. U'll need to visit a good hospital/gynae for tests to ascertain the cause since it has occurred twice in succession. You and dh could try fertility vitamins as @greenfriend suggested. Wellman and wellwoman conception are good. Don't forget ur bco, vit c and folic acid. Ur dh can also take folic acid, its good for the forming swimmers. U can add EPO for urself from cd1 to ovulation. or U can use ovaboost, just to cover all angles. Then, more fruits and vegies for you both, take enough water daily. For the dark period, Its from d D&C. Hope U took all antibiotics they gave U, it helps prevent infection. U can do detox just after the period, that will help flush ur system. By His grace, U'll av ur twins in ur arms before tis time next year. Keep believing God. @Greenfriend my HSG was below 15k, though in the East. Its also better to confirm what U are treating before putting urself on sups that the body may not require, my opinion though.
