PayPal also puts hold on fnf payment. In such cases they send a mail to the receiver. The mail is generic (for both gns and fnf) also notifying you (Sender) not to fulfill delivery till the fund is cleared. The verdict of this hold; of course you will be notified of by email in 24 hours. The fund will be approved/cleared to your account or else, it will be refunded. If you check the header of such mails; the reply to field is the personal email of the sender. Probably so you can show them (or reply) to exercise patience for payment or services fulfilment.
I am currently in such predicament but it's for $21 and I'm waiting for the outcome of the hold.

What I said is almost all... About 95% are from yahoo boys...

The only source you can think of again are freelancers but before a freelancer can opt to collect payment via gift cards, then he must have totally ran out of options and in a jury to collect his payment from the client he worked for... Just like in the issue we had after PayPal sent back some funds a freelancer sold thru me to your guy...

So I still stand on my earlier post... 95% of gift cards are from yahoo boys... Let's not feign ignorance to what we know...

As I said previously, there's $500 (N105,000) involved here.

I'm already bearing the loss on $100 (N21,000) which is the normal ecodes we've been trading.

But for this $400 (N84,000) he PURPOSELY sent stolen physical cards with no proof of purchase knowing I wouldn't question him because we'd been trading previously.
