TonyeBarcanista:This is not a tribunal verdict its an High Court verdict which sack Ikpeazu... If it were to be tribunal, The INEC won't have issue certificate of return to him Let wait and see how things unfold. |

This is a simple matter. The court stopped a convention from holding and a law abiding Sheriff hided while another fraction of the party went ahead to hold the convention in the face of court order stopping them. Now the chips are down they are depending on the same court for salvation. If this is not a case of sabotage to seize power at all cost then I don't know what it is. Maybe they have money to throw around... For me Sheriff is still the legitimate leader of the party. Case closed. |

TonyeBarcanista:Akpos, please put this inside trash can for me and burn it. Are you aware that an High Court in Lagos has barred PDP from conducting an election into the position of Chairman and some ports? But your party just want to play fast and sack Sheriff and choose caretaker chairman, which is not recognized in PDP constitution. In all PDP constitution, no place permit caretaker chairman. Again, your charge and bail judge sitting in Portharcourt did not know that there was an order from another High Court before given another order. In your learned idea, if to be subjected to judicial screening which order will come first. Obong is a learned judge and he knows where the pendulum will swing. PDP should have gone to appeal the Lagos order than going to buy another order in Portharcourt, doing that they're undoing the party. How will you build something on nothing? It's not possible. So, I've asked Akpos to burn your trash. |

The question u failed to ask urself, and provide answers for is: what does d PDP actually want? A party that gets entrapped in its own devices blames others for its woes, instead of taking a critical look at itself. Was it d APC that asked PDP members to gleefully appoint Sheriff Musa,in d erroneous belief that he would give d APC a ride for its money, and lead d party to greater heights going forward? Was it also d APC that told d same PDP elements to confusedly try to remove him against their earlier resolve to stick with him, come what may? When all parties to their dispute took themselves to court, to procure injunctions and counter injunctions, was it d APC that prompted them to so do? So many questions arising from ur delusional write-up,that time will not permit me to ask. A lazy farmer always blames his tools, and that is why d PDP is taking d easiest way out of confronting their own internal problems that has all d trappings of d impunity PDP has been known for thru d years. Weaving a conspiracy theory about d involvement of d APC will not help d PDP in any way,it will only make a mockery of them among sensible folks. Rather, they should concentrate on selling their badly damaged product( fake pst.ize-iyamu to d electorate. D road PDP is threading in Edo shows that ize-iyamu is being set up for a big fall,d like of which will put paid to his political career, once and for all. APC!! CONTINUE!! |
