The landlord is so wrong..if this were 5am the next day, I would have had sympathy for him.

The student is an adult and barging into the room is not the appropriate way to enforce such law.

Don't mind the nonsense man, the guy defaulted, does not warrant the landlord to barge into his room, and assault him. Anyone would have retaliated but not kill anyways.

But to me, it was foolhardy for the landlord to have barged in while the visitor was still there. If am correct, the incident happened around 9pm! meaning there may still have been room for the guy to discharge his visitor after their fun.

Students wld remain students! The caretaker was also too fast in contacting the landlord! I do not condone what the student did, but a little maturity wld have saved a lot and a life in this scenario!
