1st IMO there is no such thing as being poor.

2nd if we continue to ape the west in the definition of poor we will always be poor as hard we may try.

3rd every action in individual level or collectively as a society or a nation is a gamble , a calculated risk whose pros and cons will solely on our heads.

So if things work out in ur favour then no problem. Ur the king.

But if things don't work out then it's way down from there as simple as that.

High profile infra projects will most of the time need external loans, however the onus is on the borrower to make sure that they don't end up paying more than they bargained for.

If the deal is to ur advantage then no worries

WRT multi generational poverty and social unrest personally I prefer micro and macro level self financing initiatives , with no involvement of any sort of institutions , by the people and for the people.

Biggest advantage u r grassroot economic growth is directly proportional to ur capacity growth. No speclative bullshiit. And importantly it empowers the people at the grassroot levels who r the real growth engine.
It takes time , so do all good things. Importantly every thing keeps moving barely but the catch word is everything ie everybody is involved ie social inclusion.

OMG! This is similar to what I'm trying to do in my community, especially with young people. People helping one another at the micro level to acquire in-demand skills in order to improve their welfare. I just need to work on my personal finances to kick start this.

You will be surprised at the impact and ripple effect an individual who possesses a relevant skill set has on his or her family and society.

US defeating the Su57 is only if just one of the Russian pilot defects with the aircraft to he west or its allies.

nice thing about computers is that you can fit them on any thing. And newier is not all ways better. The F22 is far more stealthy, with a ultra secure coms system. In fact the big issue with the F22 is that it so advanced it can't Comuncate with other jets in the USAF. A bother example of this is the T64 VS T72. People assume the T72 being newer is the better tank buy the early 64s where actually the more advanced tank. The T72 was a dummed down cheaper system.

The F35 is cheaper less good F22 with a few more added systems. But in a one on one fight equal pilots no in serves aircraft can match the F22.
