This one is perticularly important for those doubting Thomas who don't think the MIRVs r already developed.

What is not tested is the deployment of > 3 MIRVs upto 10+ MIRVs along with the decoys.

For that a floating sea test range is needed , and that will be operational soon in a year or two.

A Marine Corps is a highly specialised force consisting of amphibious naval infantry, capable of land ops and usually a RDF with own air. Since we're setting up our own battalion sized KMEF within the next few years,5 IIRC,I did some digging into marine forces and was surprised to see the oldest corps was actually Spanish!
The Infantería de Armada (Navy Infantry) was created by Charles V in 1537, when he permanently assigned the Compañías Viejas del Mar de Nápoles (Naples Sea Old Companies) to the Escuadras de Galeras del Mediterráneo (Mediterranean Galley Squadrons). But it was Philip II who established today's concept of a landing force. This was a pure naval power projection ashore by forces deployed from ships that could maintain their ability to fight despite being based on board. This is the period of the famous Tercios (literally "One Third", due to its organisation: one third of musketeers, one third of spearmen and the final third of pikemen): [1] [2]
Their emblem is first.
The third oldest marine corps in the world was founded as the Terço of the Navy of the Crown of Portugal in 1618. The Portuguese Navy still maintains this naval infantry corps, which is currently known as the Corpo de Fuzileiros. The Portuguese Marine Corps consists of about 1500 men, including two naval infantry battalions, a naval police unit, a special operations unit and several support units (logistical, fire support, landing craft, etc.).
Emblem 2nd.

Jean-Fraude early on recognised the tactical value of a Marine Corps.

Renamed « Troupes d'Outre-Mer » then « Troupes de Marine » at the dismantling of the French Union (1958), origin is found however in the Compagnies Ordinaires de la Mer (French: Compagnies Ordinaires de la Mer) (Ordinary Sea Companies), created in 1622 by Cardinal Richelieu. These companies were destined to embark on royal naval ships to service the naval artillery and participate to the boarding of naval ships engaged in combats at sea. Simultaneously, these companies were also in charge in guarding the various sea ports. Despite the fact that the artillery of the marines was limited in numbers handling compared to those of infantry marines (fusiliers and grenadiers), the ship's marine artillerymen were the determining factor for the Troupes de la marine, being in charge of displacing and mounting the naval guns under the orders of the respective marine artillery officer in charge. In the 18th century, they constituted the Compagnies Franches de la Marine who mainly swarmed essentially in Nouvelle France ( particularity: these marines were recruited in Europe, with marine officers recruited then on the spot, out of an excellent milieu local).

The Royal Marines traces its origins back to 28 October 1664 when at the grounds of the Honourable Artillery Company "the Duke of York and Albany's maritime regiment of foot" was first formed.[4]

Basically these units EACH HAVE HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF INSTITUTIONAL EXPERIENCE IN EVERY CONCEIVABLE TACTICAL SITUATION! How many units can say that.

Each time I watch this beautiful video of the Russian SU-35 defying all the laws of physics before going to bed, I just can't help but weep for Nigeria.

58 years of independence, 58 years of failure!

In 2018, Nigeria is still operating ww2 era “F7 - fighter jets”. To add insult to injury, the bastards went to procure 1980 “Embraer Super Tucanos” that won't be delivered until 2020.

Why did I choose to be birthed in Nigeria instead of Iraq or Syria?

Atleast, I would have been fighting on the side of the Russians & yelling “Allahu Akubar” while decapitating Amerikan soldiers. grin

Best solution buckle up and cut down on carbon emissions and stop destroying forests etc

While any effort for destruction / creation of problems in nature is possible in shortest time there is no possibility of short time solutions to nature's problem , the solutions r very long term spanning decades and centuries.

Now u can ask USA to pay me grin grin grin

How is global warming a scam?. He did not even address global warming in his post. He merely related a very well researched cause of common seasonal climatic & weather phenomena. He even left out ocean currents and the ploar ice caps which are the real movers of cold and heat across the globe that warm up large parts of the atmosphere and seed the storms and tornadoes.

We need to wake up. All these 9 to 5 mundane life, lazy dismissals of scientific fact and lies promoted by people like Trump who is big fool...we need to wake up.

'Rafale a Rs 1.3 Lakh Crore Surgical Strike on Defence Forces, Shame on You': Rahul Gandhi's Fresh Attack on PM Modi
Gandhi said the Prime Minister had “betrayed India’s soul” after former French President Francois Hollande’s remarks contradicted the Indian government’s stand on the Rafale deal.

New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi led a blistering Congress attack on Narendra Modi on Saturday as he reiterated that the Prime Minister had “betrayed India’s soul” after former French President Francois Hollande’s remarks contradicted the Indian government’s stand on the Rafale deal.

“The PM and Anil Ambani jointly carried out a One Hundred & Thirty Thousand Crore, SURGICAL STRIKE on the Indian Defence forces. Modi Ji you dishonoured the blood of our martyred soldiers. Shame on you. You betrayed India's soul,” he tweeted.

He arrived at the mammoth figure by adding the value of offset contracts, saying the actual benefit due to the deal is of USD 20 billion, equivalent to Rs 1,30,000 crore.

The Congress chief has repeatedly targeted the PM and defence minister Nirmala Sithraman over the fighter aircraft deal, demanding their resignation over alleged corruption and cronyism.

His allegations were bolstered on Friday evening by Hollande, who told a French media outlet that the Indian government had proposed Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence as the India partner in the Rafale fighter jet deal and not given them a choice.

Modi had announced the procurement of a batch of 36 Rafale jets for Rs 58,000 crore after holding talks with then French President Hollande on April 10, 2015, in Paris.

Dassault Aviation, the makers of Rafale, had chosen Anil Ambani’s firm as its partner to fulfill offset obligations of the deal. The government has been maintaining it did not have any role in selection of the offset partner by Dassault.

"The PM personally negotiated & changed the Rafale deal behind closed doors. Thanks to François Hollande, we now know he personally delivered a deal worth billions of dollars to a bankrupt Anil Ambani. The PM has betrayed India. He has dishonoured the blood of our soldiers,” Gandhi had said on Friday.

Hours after Hollande’s remarks, the French government issued a statement denying the claims. It asserted that French companies have the full freedom to select Indian firms for the contract. It added that it was not involved in any manner in the choice of Indian industrial partners for the Rafale deal.

"The French government is in no manner involved in the choice of Indian industrial partners who have been, are being, or will be selected by French companies," it said. Dassault Aviation, the makers of Rafale, also said it decided to make a partnership with the Anil Ambani firm in accordance with the policy of 'Make in India' and the decision was purely its own.

But the clarifications have not stopped the Congress from going on the offensive, with several other leaders lambasting the government, saying that the “truth has come out”.

Senior party leader Kapil Sibal said Hollande had “spilled the beans” and it was time for the Modi government to “come clean and tell the truth”.

Party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said ‘facts’ have cut through the ‘fog’ and obfuscation and smokescreens won’t cover the ‘tracks of corruption’. He promised that Congress will make revelations about the deal soon.

Leaders of the Left and the Aam Aadmi Party among others have also lashed out at the government after Hollande's comments were reported.

"Rafale deal is a scam if there was one. The Modi govt has lied and misled Indians. The whole truth must come out now. Why was the Indian government batting for one corporate house with no experience in defence manufacture? # Cronyism # Corruption # Scam,” CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury wrote on Twitter.

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal also urged the Prime Minister to reveal the “complete truth”, saying, “The nation wants to know the truth. The complete truth. Everyday statements by Government of India are being proven lies. People have started to believe there was a massive bungling; why else would a new lie be told every day?”

No offence
Kindly spare the trouble of posting Ind.... rubbish quoting moronic ind.....

I felt like puking the moment I saw the names of the aholes here.

Elections are near so all these bullshiit

Keeping repeating a lie and it becomes the truth.

My contradiction of the rubbish by the the top 2 morons of the world. Aka Rahul donkey and Kejriwal monkey.

(No offence to donkeys and monkeys )

1. When Holland was the president of France than the Congress was in power so how the fucck the present government is involved with Holland as HAL was dropped by the Congress govt itself ?

2. Holland said quote " it was the Ind... government that proposed this service group "

Service group means the list of vendors certified and vetted by the government to receive offsets. The French then selected from the group as per their requirements which includes 100+ companies.

So all the nonsense being spewed by the morons is just a election shenigan.

These 2 morons r not fit to study in 5th standard school which again says a lot about the abundance of morons in the country who follow them and vote for them.

And lastly Ind... Presstitudes r more about lies and twisting facts than presenting the truth

And most importantly Holland is under fire from the critics at home that he personally promoted Reliance as an offset partner of Dassault, because Reliance financed his girlfriend's film. Holland is desperate to show that he had no say in this matter and to say that India recommended Reliance

Holland is so shaken by the possibility of criminal charges against him by the present French government that he has lost his mind and decided to play his cards before hand inorder to save his skin.
