What concerns Yorubas with Rivers/Delta Igbo/Ibo?
Whether Rivers/Delta Igbos want to be Igbos or not doesn't change the fact Kwara and Kogi have majority and minority Yoruba populations respectively.

The yorubas in Ile Ife can not claim to be more yoruba than the Okuns because we are also the decendants of Oduduwa. So, being in North central geopolitically doesn't deny the fact that we are yoruba.
