Ojukwu is a disgrace to all modern army commanders yet the eternal crybabies celebrate him as a hero. George Bernard Shaw, wrote a play in 1893 titled "Arms and the man" where he made the case that in a war, food was as important, if not more so than bullets.

It took 2 world wars to prove him right yet an oxford trained army colonel didn't know. It took a Yoruba civilian lawyer to figure it out and he's here trying to talk nonsense.

If i vex invoke curses from Shuku Okuko Bambiala on his head ehn, na elephantiasis of the scrotum him go carry go back to the evil forest his ancestors were dumped angry

Why are Yorrobbers so hopeless and confused in life?

That their Hausa-Fulani masters snuffed the life out of their Aareonakankanfo, MKO Abiola, is still not enough for them to learn.

Last year 2015, less than 10 Fulanis came into a farm, abducted Olu Falae, an important figure in Yorubaland, and held him in bondage for a ransom of N100m. The 200 Yorrobbers in the farm could not defend their boss, Falae, from being whisked away like a common thief by the marauders.
When Falae was eventually released the marauding herdsmen added insult to Yorrobbers festering injury and warned Falae of greater consequences if he dares them again.

It was disheartening, that the Yorubbish chest pounders of Wasteland, in their usual noise-making, took to the Internet to rant uselessly and senselessly just to attempt to cover your cowardly mien. And to cap their great cowardice Yorrobbers mischievously put the blame of Falae's abduction on Igbos even when Falae revealed that Fulani herdsmen kidnapped him!

Even with the help of British, Russia, Egypt and other countries on Nigeria side yet Igbos and Easterners fought gallantly for about 3 years with the Nigerian military having very many casualties.

The pain in the heart of most Igbos is the role played by the Yorubas during the civil war.

Whatever Ojukwu and Awolowo discussed in secret, I don't know but what the public is aware of is that Awolowo said that if the east was allowed to secede the west would follow suit. Ojukwu ended up declaring the east a free and sovereign country but Awolowo refused to declare the west side a soverign country. To make matters worse, he joined the north to fight against us and the most painful part is starving many of our innocent women and children to death. We are not bothered about casualties on the battle field but the starving of our children coming from him.

Another Yoruba man, adekunle took it so personal to point of shooting women and children at the outskirts of Biafra. This man said that he didn't want to even see the Red Cross trying to help something even the Hausa/Fulani did not say!

Personally I feel the Yorubas should apologise to us for these.

To set the records straight, Igbos don't hate Yorubas because if we did, we would not be marrying you every day.

I am an Igbo man and I can tell you that this is the pain in the heart of Igbos agaisnt the Yoruba other than that, all is fine.

Oya I apologize on behalf of the yorubas. Is it okay Now?
Personally, I think Ojukwu declaring secession is different from being allowed to secede.
Gowon didn't technically allow it so Awolowo didn't breach their agreement if there was any.
The hatred was started by the politicians misleading their people with stereotyping and propaganda to gain public support.

It is not funny when one sees another Igbo man trying to reason with hate filled Yorubas here on nairaland. I want to take it that the OP is new here so I'll understand. If people who matter like Prof. Wole Soyinka could expressly say Ndigbo were wronged, why should I care about the mockings of the wicked fellows ruminating here? Every clear conscience knows Ndigbo and other eastern minorities of the biafran1 were wronged and everything should be done to give them a sense of belonging but I know the other Nigerians will never learn. The way the war was prosecuted was evil if it was meant to unify Nigeria. This is the greatest fear of those who were active players during the ill fated war. Up till today, it is that fear that made them seal up the eastern coast thereby effectively cutting down the volume of trade in Nigeria and concentrating everything in Lagos. It is that fear that made them decide that no Igbo man should be allowed to become president. This is what now made discerning Igbos to see the clear situation at hand that we after losing the war which was forced on us as one where we are regarded as conquered people who are carefully hemmed at all sides. It is true that the so called betrayal of Awolowo angers us but the main anger is from all the others that I wrote above. I don't need anyone to tell me how my people are seen in Nigeria. With virtually no presence of the federal government in my region even when I'm meant to be one of the tripod of Nigeria, I don't need any sermon. With the negative media coverage of my region I need no counsel to understand what is at play. With the constant killing of my people in northern Nigeria without the culprits ever brought to book I need no pair of glasses to see the worth of an Igbo man's life. Even though all know the level of enterprenuership and trade of the SE, no government has deem Igboland fit for putting up any economic stimulating activity to help build the region. And the list goes on. The true mark of any quality player is the choice of being made an active player or he leaves your team for some where else where his worth will be appreciated. This is the main problem Igbos have with Yorubas. Its clear here that Yorubas want nothing good to come to Igboland. Hatred has filled their hearts hence all the curses and abuses and even using the painful pix of starving women and children as object of mockery. Only few Yorubas are innocent of my accusations. With one voice they say go back to your land, and with another they skim and fight any job creating company or commerce stimulating firm going to Igboland. How then do you want ndigbo to survive? Your wickedness is clear before God except if God doesn't exist. You will some day have a taste of what you wish us. I still hate this Nigeria until she's restructured and my people able to determine how their economy grow and development progress without the hindrance of her neighbours. I and my likes will fight against this evil system until we are free from the oppression.
