Peter Obi would be my first choice. Though his govt style is a save and spend kind of govt but still. An exceptional leader has the following 12 traits or qualities.

1. ENTHUSIASM FOR LEADERSHIP (you must want it) : Peter Obi wanted to lead so badly that he stayed in court for three years to get his victory. He overturned an impeachment to come back and the greatest comeback of all, He redefined what the 4 year tenure in Nigeria means. Lastly the fact that he joined PDP to be able to achieve on a national scale( good move wrong timing )

2. STRATEGIC PLANNING AND VISION : He introduced Anambra State Integrated Development Strategy(ANIDS) (the best leaders in nigeria so far come up with point agendas that mean nothing). Even the remotest of villages and most neglected of sectors were integratedly developed(pardon my english ).

3. COURAGE: Numerous court cases. Battles won. Need I say more?

4. HUMILITY: A governor that simply bore "Mr Peter Obi " regardless of the fact that..(well read his profile online. You'd get my drift). He even carries his luggage himself at the airport. (ask FAAN employees) .

5. INTEGRITY: This should not be confused with honesty (For crying out this is naija. Who honesty epp Buhari?). He kept his words on numerous occasion eg polio vaccination by bill & melinda gates foundation under his watch (read more online) . He used L. G. A funds to facelift every damn school in Anambra state wheras most people would squander it or give people who would. He installed an APGA predecessor before joining PDP personally I don't know any other person who would.
