2. From my knowledge of Economics, if there's too much money in the economy, Inflation could be used to Mop-up liquid. In Nigeria, the reverse is the case. No money, yet inflation rises!

I don't understand how inflation would be used to mop up liquid biko. Do u know increase in supply of cash in the economy is a major cause of inflation? However, what we experience now is not induced by increased money supply but cost push inflation( rising cost).
