Do you always get the required charger rating for your laptop?
If yes, then I believe there's something wrong with the charging section of the laptop you need to see a laptop technician.

Hello friends, has anyone experience a situation where you turn on your laptop, and no keyboard is working. You installed external keyboard, still not on the board is working, and when you turn on on screen keyboard, you see the control key press down. Even when you remove the control keys and clean them, same thing is still happening. You turn Microsoft word, and a dialog write up displays telling you "the control key in on hold, do you want to enter safe mode ".


Questions is if yes you have witness such, how did you fix it. I await your reply . Thanks

The charging section is one of the most advanced section on a laptop motherboard, so many issues can come from this section.

Dead issue
Slow charging
Plug in not charging
Plug in charging but not increasing
Battery not detected
Adapter unknown(dell)
Charge and stop
Charge only when laptop is off
Etc
It still boils down to the charging section of the laptop.

The thing is I bought a new RAM, then afterwards my motherboard damage due to high generato voltage. Took it to a repairer and left it with him to source for similar board. He finally got a boar and fixed it, it worked. He told memy RAM is getting hot but I can manage it. When I got home, the heat is not healthy. I don't know if he changed my RAM to a faulty on. That's is why I am asking if RAM can cause overheating in that area. Thanks

Please can I get all these longer battery hours like the 9 cells, 12 cells battery. Meanwhile, the battery in my laptop is just an ordinary one.

Hope 9 cells battery etc will be compatible?

that depends on your laptop model, if it has options for a double cell or extended battery. not all systems uses 9cells or 12cells battery. some uses only standard 6cells

Please come to my aid o. I upgraded my laptop to windows 11 recently and I just found out yesterday that the camera not working anymore. I did all the checks as seen via Google search and still not working, As a matter of fact, the Camera is not showing up in Device Manager.

Nothing comes up on the screen, fan spins, keyboard shows light but the screen is black

Sometimes if I press any F keys it will show entering boot mode for like on second and very big and disappears and the screen remains black.

If I force shot down I on it again. Fans spin key board show light and the power button shows light and off and on again. It will repeat this for so many times before it finally stays with only fan spinning, keyboard light and the power button light.

What I have done
I have punch the reset button
I have remove ram and change ram
I have remove the bios battery
I stayed for hours removing all this before inserting it back but all with no success.

I was thinking is a Bios or UEFI problem

The laptop is
Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2
32 Gig ram, 1 Terabyte SSD

Please anybody that have faced this issue can be of help too. I will appreciate any help. Thank you

Apparently, the guy that changed my laptop case damaged the camera in the process of changing the case... all is working fine now.
