Issue resolved how exactly?
I was never notified that i had been refunded for this transaction and I had to send another data to that particular Customer. I lost that money right but my integrity matters to me.

I even sent SMS twice ABI thrice to your number at different interval.
No acknowledgement
No reply
No nothing.

I noticed with dismayed a negative account balance in my wallet. I funded my account on the 1st of October, 2021 with #2000 the amount do reflected and I try to perform transactions but all transactions performed is unsuccessful, I have to use another realible site when I lose patient of losing customers. Today I login to observe maybe the site is running well but I'm disappointed to see negative balance of -111.
Customer care phone ring out without picking my calls. No response to email since six days ago.
