If you are still dealing with this clubkonnect , you are on a long thing.
They delay data for up or more than 5hrs and sometimes it may not even be sent. I have had series of payment not credited to my account and the worst is their poor customer service.
How do you want to retain your customers when their data are not sent.
I have decided to part ways with you guys before you ruin my reputation from my customers

It's difficult now funding my wallet. FBN, Heritage and Access bank can't do a successful transfer to the wema bank account.
What are the available options?

please clubkonnect I bought an mtn data (epin) I was given the epins but the epin is not valid, I tried to redeem it via their mtn app as well as through sms, but it says the code is not valid. Have even called mtn customer care and they said they can't help me, that I should contact who gave me the coupon code... the customer care girl called me yesterday and all she said was it was network that another user bought same for almost 5days and it just worked yesterday. I even told her I called mtn customer care and told her their reply to me to contact who gave me the coupon code, she still insisted that the fault was from mtn shifting blame to mtn.... Please I need my money refunded to my wallet so I can buy my normal SME or the code should be validated so I can spend it.. My contact is 08108571606
