I'm really curious to see how their government will handle the inflow of petrodollars..

Kenya is extremely corrupt than Nigeria.. I don't think they have ever ranked better than us in the corruption precipitation index..in fact,in the last three years we have been ranked better than them..
Now they are expecting petrodollars... Will their government be able to resist the urge to loot the money?
