I do not know why some people are troubled when ever the name Peter Obi is mentioned anywhere or is it because its associated with prudence which no nigerian politician wants to hear. Its more than two years Peter Obi left Office and some who admired how he managed the resources of Anambra came together and paid for him to go back to oxford, London and increase his knowledge. All this while He has not bothered to tell anybody how he led Anambra and just recently he came back a church pleaded with him to come and give a lecture on how to cut cost in governance in this time of biting reccession and some politicians in APGA and their agents are becoming jittery. Is it now crime he decided to honour the church invitation or he shouldn't have shared his experience in governance with them?

(1) When Peter Obi said an administration before him budgeted N481 million to repair governors lodge, N281 Million for repair of government house which he used N81 million and N32 Million to fix and saved over half a billion just from that alone which administration was he referring to?
(2) Ngige is not that prudent with spendings but because he wanted to free himself from the control of the UBAH brothers $ co he tried to impress the masses. I debunk your claims, Ngige did not leave any N33 Billion and what was the states allocation from federal government monthly then?
(3) If indeed you really knew what Anambra was before the coming of Obi you will appreciate the level of development, civility and sanity he brought to that state.
(4) Mind you Anambra is not an oil producing state but it fared better than must oil producing state in terms of development under Obi's watch because he is very conscientious.
(5) Peter Obi said he saved USD50 Million in Access Bank, USD50 Million in Diamond Bank, USD55 Millionin Fidelity Bank and the others etc and with interest yield it would amount to USD186 Million which are verifiable, why not take the pains go and verify this claims? Which governor left such amount not even in any of the oil rich states.

(6) Are you away that Peter Obi while in office rejected several chieftancy titles and awards from traditional rulers and groups?
(7) The question is did lie when he said he didn't see the value it will add to Anambra spending N40 million to go to world Igbo congress in USA some years ago and the current occupant in this time of recession went there with over 30 aids, paid there flight to and fro, hotel bills, leased limousines from taxes collected from tomatoe and crayfish sellers etc?
(cool Did he lie when he said he travels alone and seats in economy class to save cost for the state and do you know the billions he saved for 8 years? You can't cover this because i have once met him on the plane.
(9) Did he lie when he said he converted N150 Million the administration before him budgeted to buy one bullet proof vehicle for 50 Peugeot 406 cars which he distributed to all the Judges, Perm secs who does not have a singe car?
(10)Peter Obi left APGA not because that is what he wanted but because Umeh and Obiano felt its time to do away with Mr. Prudence in order to allow them unfettered access into the state treasury, which is evident in the mansions they rushed to build, partying, raising of all manner of taxes even from women selling tomatoes n crayfish in the local markets to sustain their larvish lifestyles.
They did everything to frustrate him out of the party to have their ways, and when finally he left they celebrated and till today they are still spending millions sponsoring all manner of media attacks just to dent and smear his soaring image.

.."THE SOCIETY YOU HELP THEM TO ABUSE TODAY WILL TAKE A REVENGE ON ALL OF US TOMORROW"- PETER OBI.

This is what someone wrote over peter obi's speech; One day even Chief Tony Aneni would lecture us on the need to cut cost of governance. And he will give perfect example of how he did it in the past in the midst of the looting brigade which he never deemed necessary to caution.
And then there would be calls for him to run for President.
Talk of political naivety.
No doubt Peter Obi did well as APGA governor of Anambra State but soon after he left power he jumped to the looting PDP, and there is no record of him advising the GEJ regime about the dangers of looting.
How can someone in his/her right senses write all these shits? If we really want Nigeria to move forward we need most times put sentiments aside.

Africonji:

Look here, I don't hate Obiano. I am just stating the facts. Peter Obi is the reason why Obiano had so much money to play around with and everybody is thinking he is a miracle-worker, nwanne you and I know that is the truth. As for my state, OVI would have done even more better than Obiano if he had that kind of money left for him by his predecessor. But even with that, Abia is getting better, and you know it.

How is Abia getting better ?

That is a na.ked statement..
