Exactly, that is why freewill empowers me to take the ferrari onto the interstate highway, away from the speed limits of inner city roads.

Freedom within a constraint does not apply to freewill, else it's not freewill. Why give freewill with constraints, knowing that freewill by its nature will push that constraints to breaking point.
