My advice

When any end-user insist on Godaddy, increase the price of the domain by 100 or more, and explain that their escrow fee is high on you the seller.

This is what i do, you either buy from the current landing page, or pay more at Godaddy.

It has worked for me.

I even have one that recently insisted on Godaddy, and i asked her to pay $200 extra and i will allow Godaddy or buy at the current landing page with the price offered. So i hope i hear from them.

Don't cancel her Adsense account. You can verify it later when her ID is available. But you can link your blog to your YouTube. Business can be done in partnership if Google raises eyebrow about it although I've never had any query from it. Personally in some cases, I use my wife's account like that to diversify and spread.
