fkdmods: Would you have said that if Ogunlesi was Igbo? Just asking. Well back to the topic. Just saw this online : A U.S. citizen may acquire foreign citizenship by marriage, or a person naturalized as a U.S. citizen may not lose the citizenship of the country of birth. U.S. law does not mention dual nationality or require a person to choose one citizenship over another. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal-considerations/us-citizenship-laws-policies/citizenship-and-dual-nationality/dual-nationality.html fkdmods: Are you trying to say that those who are abnormal, are the ones who identify with Nigerian culture??! Are you the 'thought police' for all Nigerians in diaspora, now?? Just curious. |

Domnick: Leave them. When Ken Olisa the Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London was named one of the most powerful black men in the UK, they were all over NL, exchanging verbal hi-fives and congratulatory e-handshakes, and boasting that one of their own was a force to be reckoned with, internationally. Now that another ethnic group is celebrating one of their own, they feel the guy in question (i.e. Ogunlesi) is not a Nigerian. Hehehe.... I laugh in Cantonese! |
