Twice now, I have paid ClubKonnect for services without delivery.
Between Feb 16-22, I helped a friend to buy GoTV credit (#400). Clubkonnect did not credit the account.
I assured my friend it would be sent and forgot about it then.
But last week March 26, I paid ClubKonnect #2000 to credit my IBEDC prepaid meter. Waited for 48 hours no code sent to me or any refund till date. I am a deaf person. I have sent various messages to them through SMS, email and complaint section on the website. I have begged and begged. I have asked for refund. I ran about and paid Sign Language Interpreters to help me call. Customer care they picked the call refused to answer as my interoreter hear their voice talking and making joke of d pick.
I used my last cash to credit Clubkonnect for that prepaid so my house can have light on this lock down.

Clubkonnect needs to understand that it takes several years of struggle to build a business but it can crumble within a short time if it is poorly handled when it booms like this. This is a very bad report for this kind of business.

I am waiting for the covid wahala to subside. Will I have to spend money on transport to travel to their office to reclaim my money? If it got to that, then the biz is unreliable and they are a bunch of rogues, using customers money for business before delivering services

I made a complaint this morning about funding my wallet with 30,000 naira and it did not reflect in my account... Clubkonnect team contacted me and looked into the situation...

I later sent a message to my bank to make complaint too

My bank refunded me...I think it's a network issues

I have not had any issues with clubkonnect ever since I've been transacting with them and I can tell you their services are great

Please you just have to work on your customer service
