i broke up with my ex-boyfriend over 2years now, since then we havent communicated either on phone or social media. i still like him as a person but he hurt me so bad in the past though i have forgiven him, my friends said keeping malice with an ex is a childish behaviour. my question is should i be the first to call him since he doesnt want to call or speak to me or should i let him be and focus ahead?

What you are experiencing is quite common amongst women. The only person who can stop this is YOU.

You might not know this but you are still clinging unto the past someway, somehow. You must have probably buried some memories of your ex in your subconscious and every now and then, these memories pop up.

You need to ask yourself what is preventing you from starting a new life with your current lover – six months after; have you forgiven him for cheating on you? Did you ever confront him on this to get his response?

After doing that, you also have to make sure you do the following;

1. Stop thinking no other man is good for you

2. Stop trying to force a ‘just friends’ relationship with him

3. Stop trying to find out who he is dating

4. Delete his photos or photos of both of you from your phone.

After doing all of these, always remember that you have to heal yourself with happiness at all times. You have a boyfriend that loves you, try at all times to give him all attention.
