Real truth, everyday I wake up, first thing I do is watch my weight, usually there is always addition of 2kg before the night. I make sure I loose the 2kg before I go to bed. I check BP daily too. Its a lot of work to keep up but it does save my life. I should have been dead by now and I mean it. My BP was high, I couldnt even climb up to the third-floor in my house. I had to spend a year working on the weight. Now, I am as gallant as a corrupt-bribe-taking mopol.
