Like a promised yesterday, i will teach the basics of roulette because without the fundamental knowledge you can't even apply my strategy. I will start by defining roulette.

Roulette is a game of chance played at a table marked off with numbers from 1 to 36, one or two zeros, and several other sections affording the players a variety of betting opportunities, and having in the center a revolving, dishlike device (roulette wheel) into which a small ball is spun to come to rest finally in one of the 37 or 38 compartments.
Roulette is a gambling game in which a ball is dropped onto a spinning horizontal wheel divided into 37 or 38 coloured and numbered slots, with players betting on the slot into which the ball will fall

There are majorly 2 types of roulette played online, the AMERICAN ROULETTE and EUROPEAN ROULETTE but you must stay away from the American roulette because it has additional compartment with double zeros(00), making it a total of 38 numbers instead of the normal 37 numbers. It means that the first thing you must do is to consider the type of roulette. The EUROPEAN roulette has a total of 37 numbers which are 1 to 36 and a 0 on the other hand the American roulette has a total of 38 numbers which are 1-36, 0 and 00.

I will talk about the different types of bets we have normally on the roulette game

Red or Black – This bet pays out even odds (1 to 1) if the ball lands on the color you chose. For example if you stake N100 and you chose black, if the ball lands on any black number you have won N200, there are 18 black numbers and 18 red numbers but there is one green number which is 0. If the ball lands on 0, you have a made a loss.

Odd or Even – This bet pays out even odds (1 to 1) if the ball lands on odd or even, depending on which you chose. For example if you chose odd and the ball lands on a odd number, you have won double any amount you placed. There are 18 odd numbers and 18 even numbers but if the ball lands on 0, you have loss your stake. I believe you see the reason why you should stay away complete from american roulette.

Low or High – This bet pays out even money (1 to 1) if the ball lands on 1-18 if you bet low, or if the ball lands on 19-36 if you bet high. For example if you put your stake on High, you will win 100% of any amount you staked only if the ball lands on a umber between 19 and 36.

Columns – The numbers on the layout are organized into three columns of twelve numbers each. A “columns” bet wins if the ball lands on one of the numbers in the column you chose. The columns bet are represented on the table by 2-1 or 2 to 1, it depends on the type of table. There are 12 numbers on every column, if you stake N100 on the 2nd column for example, you will win N300 if the ball lands on any of these numbers (2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35). Look at the table you will see it clearly.

Dozens – There are 36 numbers on the table, so you can bet on the first dozen (1-12), the second dozen (13-24), or the third dozen (25-36). This bet also pays out 2 to 1. This bet pays out 2 to 1 when you win. For example, if you stake N100 on the first dozen(1st 12), you will win N300 if the ball lands on any number from 1 to 12. You can see that the winning here is high because your odd of success is low. I will teach you how you will mix this up and make money.

You must read this while referring back to the table, please use the European table because we will be playing only on the European table. I will talk about the INSIDE BETS in my next post, all the bets i talked about above are called the OUTSIDE BETS

It's time to talk about the inside bets

Straight-up – This is a bet on a single number. It pays off at 35 to 1. For example if you stake N100 and the ball lands on the single number you chose, you will be paid N3,500 this is because your odd of success is very low and this is where most casino operators make their money, only abnormal people stake on this without clear strategy, i will show you how to mix this up with other types of bet and increase your odd of success. Whenever i play roulette, i ensure that i play with a high odd of success, my screenshot says it all, for example i stake N3000 and it brings N3600, profit made is N600. Life na sense

Split bet – This is a bet on any two adjacent numbers. You place the chip on the line between the two numbers in order to make this wager. This bet pays out at 17 to 1. This is another bet that pays very high but the odd of success is also very low, but there is always a way you can mix it up and make profit from it. It is important you know all the types of bets that is why am taking the pain to explain.

Street bet – This bet covers three numbers. You place your bet on the line outside of the three numbers in the row where you want to win. This bet pays out at 11 to 1. I believe by now you can do the mathematics yourself based on the amount you will receive.

Corner bet – Some people call this a square bet or a quarter bet. It’s a bet on a corner that makes a square, and it’s a bet on four numbers. A win on this type of bet pays out at 8 to 1.

Six-number bet – Some people call this a line bet. It covers two adjoining rows of numbers. It pays out at 5 to 1.
