OP, from your write-up I deduce that both quality and quantity are a problem for you.
Some people have said that 2-3 times a week is enough. Well, it does not help if it is not for you, right? Still, you will have to compromise here because you cannot force your wife to have se.x with you every day and when she is on her period. Also consider that once you have kids, there will be times (e.g. after delivery) where there will be no se.x at all. I do not know how old you are but you will have to find ways to deal with your 'increased libido' (self-servicing is one way of doing so).
The other problem is the quality of s.ex. Your wife does not seem to enjoy it and you do not really enjoy it either. Maybe you do not touch her the right way. Has she ever had an or.gasm?
Take her out for dinner or cook for her. Make her feel relaxed and then have an open conversation with her to find out what it is that makes her reluctant to have s.ex with you.

Apart from the sex issue I think she needs to work less so that you guys can have more family time together. Not just for sex. But I still think 2-3 times a week is okay except if the quality is poor (which you have said it is). However considering infidelity is not the answer. And it speaks to deeper issues between you guys than just the sexual issues. Maybe consider counseling? To me this is total rubbish rubbish. So work is more important to ur wife than her marital duty to he husband. Y are so many ladies so selfish this day it's all about them. A man needs sex not want sex, sex is d core need of a man becos God gave him the seed to sow. He is married legally for that matter and both if u took marital vow not to deny urself of sex and ur bodies. Now ur wife has the key to ur pleasure zone u are begging for what u paid for and all she has to say is work , work and I am tired. My business my business.
