How does one become a traditional ruler? What's the criteria? Have royal blood or what? When millions jobs can barely survive on what they earn in same country? These are graduates that passed through a lot to get their qualification.

From the payslip El Rufai shared the other day, governors don't even earn half of this. And we're saying there's no money in this country? The houses, cars and his lifestyle will be funded by gifts and not even his salary so why that huge?
