This argument is plain silly. Your people migrate to Lagos everyday which for all the arguments spewed above remains a South Western state. Y'all could just stay back and prove that your impact would be missed by developing your second rated cities. If Lagos is so "ownerless" just cut it from the map and place it next to Ebonyi State.

Nonsense arguments on both parts. Imagine having to travel long hours by bus to develop a "no man's land"
. How many hours is Osun state to Lagos?

There's no need to argue. History is there for those who choose to read. A lie told a million times will never translate to the truth. Lagosians and Yorubas know their history from ancient times.

A thread dead on arrival,....

Until places like Ibadan , Abeokuta, Oshogbo, akure and ado ekiti have nice houses like Lagos just like the east,.that is when I will believe that yoruba contributed to the development of Lagos....

If Yoruba's develop Lagos, Lagos would have been filled with brown roof just like Ibadan...

Lagos has the same replica of SE houses ....that should simply tell you that the east contributed highly to Lagos development....
......are you forgetting Lagos was a British colony and was part of the English crown....how come you guys are too myopic to understand common history

The Yorubas on this thread are just arguing unnecessarily over nothing. Stop making these people feel important.Even them that you are arguing with knows the truth, they just love to get you worked up.

Ask yourself when it comes to negative things or Indices about Lagos, they quickly shout Afonja but when it's good News about Lagos they say It is a "No man's land".

Stop arguing over non-issues everyone knows Lagos is a special breed of Yoruba Land because of the British making it a colony and the Portuguese merchants that traded there.
