There is nothing intelligent or worth applauding in what he said.

Mr Afolabi was only saying the obvious but he conveniently manipulating the reality by spewing half truth and most of you are already buying into his false narrative.

Let me educate you, many 2016 Npower beneficiaries have not been and will never be paid backlog ranging from 1-6 months. Most states and individuals has been told to forget about December stipend. Some beneficiaries running into thousands were disqualified and never replaced.

In Delta for example because of the nonchalance and ineptitude of the Focal person most people only started getting stipends from May/June and Npower has told them to forget about backlog.

Almost everyone did verification same period in December 2016 but due to some weird reason most names got omitted when that first list got to Abuja.

So my question is how come Mr Afolabi is still giving a figure of N6b monthly and N72b yearly wage bill when infact we know not everyone was paid from December and most would forfeit between 1-6months backlog?

Stop making these people look like saints. It is this nature of ass-licking politicians that is making them take us for granted.

It is your right to ask questions because they are there to serve you.
exact truth

Npower's recent message to Vanguard newspaper about the list of successful applicants
Dear Vanguard Newspapers,
It is irresponsible to post news that has not been verified. You are creating chaos with false news.
This is terrible reporting.

If your device is on hold and you are not N-Agro, it means we have received reports that you do not attend your Place of Primary Assignment regularly.
Have the Head of your PPA write a letter to the Focal Person and send to N-Power apologize.
#NPowerNG
Please note that some people who sent in Fake letters have been disqualified entirely from the programme.
#NPowerNG
Re: N-Power Lagos Thread by AutosBay(m): 12:04pm On Nov 10, 2017
We have observed that some people specialize in shaming people who report beneficiaries who don't attend their Places of Primary Assignment.
This is unacceptable behaviour.
NPower NG does not tolerate bad behaviour.
Anyone who does this will be disqualified.
Treat this seriously.

N-power Lagos
Good morning everyone;
Please I want to plead with everyone to be patient with the federal government on our October stipend. The government had consistently paid 9 months without any hitches and I know they will definitely pay October stipend soon by God's Grace.
Meanwhile, I have discussed with the focal person to help us find out what the issue really is knowing fully well it's a national issue not just Lagos. She has promised to get back to me. If nothing happens between now and Monday, I will personally call Mr. Afolabi and his response will determine the next line of action.
For now, let's keep our fingers crossed and watch as the drama unfolds.

Hmmmm this new method of privately contacting successful applicants without publishing a list, hope this is not a calculated attempt to bring in quota system ?

Cos it happened with N-TAX, and we were told Npower is no longer in charge of N-TAX.

Now it is happening again with N-BUILD. Is Npower also not in charge of N-BUILD ?
