I've been observing your post and i believe it has taken long enough for you not to get your confirmation from them. Did the person transfer 8640 or 8790 because they will deduct their 150 euros charges and the balance after that must be 8640 before they can send confirmation. Try to ask the guy how much he transferred. He will need to transfer 8790 amd not 8640.

If it is within Germany, you are supposed to have gotten the confirmation by now. It doesn't take that long if nothing is wrong. It is obvious that something is wrong which is, the total amount(8800) has not totally reflected in the account. Did your friend transfer all the 8800, or part of the 8800? The problem is that the DB in charge of block account has neither E-mail nor a phone number. You can only contact them through the contact form on their webpage. Alternatively, you can also ask your friend to help you visit a DB branch in his environment to confirm if everything is okay. He might be rebuffed, he needs to be persistent in order to achieve something with this method. Shalom

Last time I checked, a reverend sister is not qualified to issue SL. Reverend sisters here don't even have personal account numbers. My last discussion with a reverend sister of Immaculate Heart here in München, she told me that they don't have personal accounts both in München and Nigeria.

It's a congregation and they use general account for everybody. So, having a general account didn't qualify her to issue SL.

Note: This information is based on the above mentioned congregation.

Also, people should make effort to read comments on SL. It's in German but try to translate.. For example, you should see word like "Stadium" on it to ensure its for study and not just visit.... etc

If it's for visa interview then it must be HAND WRITTEN ( it's stated clearly on the check list).
