First off, reduce all the intakes before you can talk of quitting. And also go for rehab. You have to determine in your mind and engage positively in some other things that can help take your mind off everything. Addictedtodrugs:my younger brother was just like u or even worse because he sells anything belonging to his family members just to afford d expensive codeine, he takes 2bottles per day, weed is any quantity available. He is now at d rehab, it's quite expensive but if u can afford it, it is d best option for u. The best way to quit this attitudes is by reducing the intakes of this drugs. From 600mg,reduce it to 400mg and do same to others and in no distant time, you will be over it all. Life is step by step. Try to subsequently reduce your intake of these materials gradually. Instead of 6 wraps, cut it down to 5. And then subsequently 4. For masturbation Look for a wife and marry. Before I got married I tot I was hooked, but since marriage i don't remember how that goes. For drugs u should seek help. But if u are descpline u could gradually detox your self. For example, reduce tramadol to 400mg for a whole week, then 300mg for a while week, then 200 for a whole week, down to a 100mg, then 100mg alt day. When you just stop, your body starts experiencing withdrawal symptoms. That is one reason I hate tramadol. Before my surgery, the doctor wanted to inject with tramadol, I had to shout nooooo cos I know I don't go well with the withdrawal symptoms instead I was injected with another drug pentazocine. I use to love tramadol before but when I decided to stop some years back , look at the withdrawal symptoms I had 1. Insomnia 2. If I slept, I had horrible nightmares 3. My hand smells like blood 4. Fever 5. Body ache and weakness 6. Stomachache 7. Constipation and haemorrhage 8. Stomach upset that when you fart or go to toilet, it had Avery bad odour 9.confusion 10. Headaches 11. Depression 12. Panic attack I will advise you that if you really want to stop, go to any rehabilitation centre, it will be a long and horrible experience but it will worth it cos when you remember how much you paid to wean yourself of it, you'll never go near drugs again.
