There is no way u can stop d addiction @ once brother,all u need do is to reduse d dosage little by little and b4 u know...u also need to b prayerful and keep googling to c it's negative implications.av u ever had d experience of shock & convulsion? You have to determine in your mind and engage positively in some other things that can help take your mind off everything. And also cut off all friends that influence you negative and quit watching porn it will help you stop masturbation gradually.

there is no fucking spirit behind it..register on quora.com and post your complaints there .you will get better replies not nairaland.all I can say is maybe you should stop being lonely ,fight boredom with everything you have.And try going in Intervals of 4 day break from all this activities.You will see that you will improve your resistance to it(drugs and self service).you can't stop it once ,no habit is ever defeated once.

Find a Living Church in your neighbourhood (Assemblies of God, Deeperlife, Redeemed, The Apostolic, Church of God, etc). Ask to see the Pastor for counselling. Be willing to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Share your challenge with the Pastor. He will counsel you and lead you to Christ. And once you yield your life to Christ, He will set you free form the addiction and give you a new life of joy and peace.

On the flip side, let's assume u exaggerated all these but U do them anyways, the following hypotheses may help:
U probably live alone. Move in with people.
U probably have too much money to buy those killers. Discard ur atm for a week.
U probably are single. Get yourself a gf...
U probably don't have a job (can't see how u can function after taking all these), get your self engaged. Find a job.
U probably have no religious commitments. Join a group at church or mosque.

If you are really serious you need to take some drastic measures. First you need to visit NDLEA office in your town, yes NDLEA they won't arrest you rather they have programs for drug addicts which you will be registered in and appropriate medical care would follow. Your system needs detoxification and you can't do it on your own

You just pointed out the solution but i guess you were high while typing this.
Before u answer this question get high enough eat sleep and tomorrow morning 1st thing u answer them correctly
1st you know when u started it why did u start it?
2nd you think you cant stop...solution start thinking u can stop
3rd you try to stop....you cant try to stop solution ask God to help you stop
4th you fall very sick feel, hot, head heavy, they are false feelings.... solution if you faithfully follow step 1-3 those feeling will disappear in case it crosses your mind take a cold bath and pray and ask God to help you and sleep.

If it works praise God run to God and ask for mercy repent and start a new life by taking note of the answer to the first question and do the opposite.

That was how i got free from weed and drink if u need more advice and counselling call me i will schedule a session with you.

I am willing to help.. You are abusing 600mg and you are complaining. I was taking 3000mg everyday. Doctors were always asking me how my system is still working. I took codeine to the extent ant gather to lick up my pee inside the bowl when i dont flush after peeing. I toke herione,pentazocine,methamphtamine,endophrines,cocaine and the rest. Just pm me. It hard but if you are truly ready you will stop.

About the tramadol,tappering will be the best method in your case. Are you not tired of always calculating and being scared when you run low on trams and know that your night will be terrible without it? Those are the effects. I stopped mine in a day but i swear i nearly died but i had my mind made up. I swore never to take those shit again but i got to understand that stopping is so so hard. I will lead you through the process. I was once a junkie with a senators son,i nearly died but i regret and cherish my experience sometime.

OP, at this stage you need serious rehab. You will be placed on treatment and they will take you through a process to detoxify your system.

The whole process could take a long time and it won't be easy at all. You will feel worse than you are feeling now and almost think you are loosing your mind.

But be ready to go through the agony because it will be worth It in the end.

Same goes for Weed, SK, Cigarette and for the past 2 years, Alcohol even though almost all my friends use and abuse it.
