He is your Mr Right. With him around, things make sense. With all that said, there is one problem. Your dream guy isn’t the politest guy you know, and his rude behavior is a major turn off. You want him to speak nicely but he just cannot stop being mean. You don’t want him to break up, but you want this behavior to be dealt with.

Here is what you can do:

(1)Encourage him. It’s hard accepting that someone has changed. People change! We are not always perfect, and it is completely healthy to change a few things about you to make yourself a better person. Encourage your partner and appreciate him for all the small steps that he is taking. Don’t make him give up on changing himself if you aren’t willing to cooperate.

(2)Confide in someone. If you have a rude boyfriend, probably that’s his nature and maybe he is always rude to alot more people! If you think that letting him know hasn’t worked, ask his friends and more so his closest friend for help. Let them know that they have to be secretive with him, because he might get offended.

(3)Stop compromising. Well, if he talks rude to you, you have to let them know and if you won’t complain, they will never improve upon it. Show them that it has hurt your feelings, or made you upset. However, don’t go over the line and be extra dramatic! You don’t have to fake to him.

(4)Seek professional help. If you have tried everything and notice your rude boyfriend hasn’t changed, you need to seek professional help. Talk him into seeing a counselor. Persuade him and talk him into going and seeing someone who can actually help him. Don’t offend him, or make the situation present itself overly. If you do not keep things in control, you might offend him and then, he will never be willing to listen to you.

(5)Let him know. You don’t have to be straightforward but at the same time, you don’t have to as well start a fight . Hint at how something he did to you was very offensive. If you want it to be more personal, remind him of how he is always rude to you . Let him know that it hurt your feelings and you need him to be nice to you at times. Let him know that you are a big fan of him but you want this to end.
